Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
