Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to predetermined milestones and deadlines.
• Allocate resources efficiently and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, documenting progress and action items.
• Manage potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Performance Objectives:

• Key OKRs: Successfully manage and deliver projects on time and within budget, achieving a minimum 95% stakeholder satisfaction rate.
• KPIs: Timeliness of project completion, adherence to budget, stakeholder satisfaction score, and risk management effectiveness.
